Town & City Rooms properties are fully furnished and decorated in neutral, relaxing tones. Kitchens are equipped with gas or electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and in some cases tumble drier. Everything in the kitchen is provided right down to cutlery.

The living rooms have comfortable sofas and a TV, dining rooms are equipped with table and chairs and outside there are patio areas where a barbeque can be enjoyed when the weather permits. All properties have off-road parking and are located in safe areas. Rents are usually payable monthly in advance by standing order and a deposit payment is required.

House sharers have the use of all facilities in the house (except voice calls from land lines) included in the room rate with no other bills to pay, please confirm with individual landlords as there may be some variation.

Rates vary within a range starting from £80pw (£346 per calendar month) to £140pw (£606 per calendar month) for top of the range en-suite rooms.
